We may use WhatsApp (a Meta platform) as a primary messaging platform to quickly communicate with you regarding quotes, repair status, and technician ETA. By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving essential service communications via WhatsApp.
Our website features an AI-powered chat assistant that helps you get quotes and book repairs. Conversations with our AI assistant are processed to provide you with accurate service information and are stored securely to maintain your booking history. The AI assistant is designed to collect only information necessary for processing your repair request.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
