Door to Door Fix began the way a lot of good things do — by accident. We were fixing phones for friends and family, posting the odd listing online, and before long, strangers were messaging us asking if we could help too.
The first few months were scrappy. We met customers at coffee shops, university libraries, and car parks across Leicester. The feedback was always the same: "this is so much easier than going to a repair shop." That's when it clicked — convenience wasn't a bonus, it was the whole point.
So we went all-in. Built a proper booking system, invested in quality parts and tools, and committed to bringing the repair to the customer.
Where we are now
