Door to Door Fix provides mobile phone and electronics repair services across Leicester, UK. Our technicians travel to your designated location to perform repairs on-site where applicable.

Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or pricing provided via our website, AI chat assistant, email, or phone are estimates based on the initial information you provide. The final price may vary if our technicians find additional hardware issues or hidden damages upon inspecting the device. We will always inform you of any price changes before proceeding with the repair.

AI Chat Service

Our AI-powered chat assistant provides automated quotes and booking services. While we strive for accuracy, quotes provided by the AI assistant are estimates and may be subject to adjustment after physical inspection of your device. The AI assistant facilitates bookings but does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by our team.

Liability Limits and Data Loss

While our technicians take the utmost care with your devices, repairing modern electronics carries inherent risks. We are not responsible for any pre-existing data loss, software corruption, or issues completely unrelated to the contracted repair. We strongly advise that you back up your device's data before handing it over for repair.

Quality Guarantee

Door to Door Fix is committed to delivering high-quality repairs using reliable parts. If you experience an issue directly related to work we performed, please contact us promptly and we will assess and address it. This commitment does not extend to:

Physical damage occurring after the repair
Water damage occurring after the repair
Issues unrelated to the original repair
Devices that have been subsequently repaired by a third party

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon the successful completion of the repair. We accept debit/credit cards (processed via Stripe), cash, and bank transfers. If a repair cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, a diagnostic or call-out fee may still apply.

Cancellation

You may cancel a booking at any time before the technician arrives at your location at no charge. Cancellations made after the technician has arrived may incur a call-out fee.
