Yes — both campuses are in our standard zone. We can come to your halls, your library study room, or the SU building. Just tell us where in chat when you book.
/ 02Can you meet me in a café or shop in the city centre?+
Absolutely. We regularly work from café tables — just needs a flat surface and ideally a power socket nearby. Anywhere on the High Street, St Peter's Street, or Northgate works fine.
/ 03Do you cover Whitstable and Herne Bay?+
Yes. Whitstable is around 8 miles north — ETA is typically 30–35 minutes. Herne Bay is similar. Both are in our regular coverage zone with no extra charge.
/ 04How quickly can you get to me inside Canterbury city walls?+
Most callouts inside the city walls are with you in 15–20 minutes of booking. Outside the ring road adds a few minutes but we are usually still faster than dropping your phone at a repair shop.
/ 05Is there a call-out fee?+
No. The only price you pay is the repair itself. We quote before we start, and you only pay once the job is done and tested.
