/ 01Why does a Pro Max screen cost so much more than an iPhone 11?+
The panel is a different part. Pro and Pro Max models from the 14 onwards use a larger, higher-refresh OLED that costs several times what an older LCD does, which is why they sit at £179–£289 while an 11, XR or SE is £79–£119.
/ 02Do you fit genuine Apple screens?+
We fit OEM-grade and standard replacement panels, and the band reflects that choice. Genuine Apple-supplied panels are only available through Apple's own repair programme; if that is what you want we will say so rather than pretend.
/ 03Will Face ID and True Tone still work after a screen replacement?+
Face ID is unaffected by a screen swap when it is done properly, because the sensor lives in the phone, not the screen. True Tone and the "unknown part" notice depend on the model and iOS version; your technician tells you what to expect for yours before starting.
/ 04How much is the back glass on an iPhone?+
Typically £69–£149. Some models — the 13 Pro and 14 Pro laminated backs in particular — are more involved, so name the exact model and the technician confirms the price before starting.
/ 05How long does an iPhone screen take at my door?+
About 45 min for most models, done in front of you. You keep the phone; nothing is posted away.
